During the two day course, participants undertake simulated testing, role playing and exercises to become familiar with recruitment and selection processes. The course endeavours to prepare participants for likely situations that may occur when actually undertaking an aviation selection process.

The full course can be undertaken over two days. Alternatively a student may elect to attend one day only. Day 1 (Saturday) focuses on aptitude testing while day 2 (Sunday) covers interviews, leadership and preparation techniques.

The course runs each day from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. At the conclusion participants will have covered the key stages likely to be encountered during aviation selection processes.
